Have you heard about this park (浜町公園) before? To be honest, we also had no idea until we watched Aiba’s movie “Miracle: Debikuro-kun no Koi to Mahou” (2014). Yes, this is the park where Hikari bumps into So-Young.

To be exact, this is one of Hamacho Station exits in Hamacho Park
Shinjuku Line will take you to Hamacho Station. The above scene took place in its exit A2, but actually you can also take other exits to get to Hamacho Park. Well, the station is basically right under this open area.
This park is mentioned as the largest one in Chuo. There are children playground, shrine, and also sport center. Some said that this park has many rare Pokémon too 😉
On the other side of the park, there is a walking path, or whatever you may see it as, along with Sumida River.

We have no clue what this meant to be. Let’s take it as an art
If you come to this park during summer, you may be mesmerized by blooming hydrangea. Too bad, we came in June and it was too early for the said flower to fully bloom. Even so, hydrangea still look nice and unique, right?
By the way, this post is also an early celebration for 嵐 no midori-kun, 嵐’s sunshine: Aiba Masaki-san, happy birthday! ♥
