Whenever we search for halal food option in Japan, Ramen Restaurant always popped up. This time we will review a vegan Ramen that has many branch called T’s Tantan Ramen.
This vegetarian Ramen restaurant has four branch in Tokyo: in Marunouchi, Ueno, Tokyo Station, and Narita Airport Terminal 2. I tried the one in Narita Airport. To be honest, at that time I was looking for other halal restaurant, however it seems that I couldn’t find any. Maybe the other halal restaurant is in different terminal. Anyway, so in the end I decided to eat at T’s Tantan Ramen. The restaurant open from 07.30 to 20.30.
I didn’t know that “tantan” is actually their signature dish hence I ordered shouyu ramen with gyoza set. I wanted to eat gyoza so much at that time and delighted that they offered it on their menu.
The taste was okay. Even though they don’t use any animal product but it taste rich enough. The portion was also quite generous. Other than ramen, they have rice bowl, pizza, and even dessert. There are also some take away menu like sandwich and beef rice bowl for a very reasonable price. I would like to order some next time.
